Swan Songs is working diligently to create an opportunity for communities around the country to establish a Swan Songs Affiliate or for an existing organization to become a Program Provider, to expand this vital mission beyond its roots in Austin, Texas.

Swan Songs Portland, OR is the first local affiliate, an independent 501(c)(3) organization closely tied to Swan Songs in Austin. After coming to Austin for training in April 2024, they have been operating in Portland since fall 2024 and have organized 70 concerts to fulfill musical last wishes as of September 1, 2026. Congratulations Swan Songs Portland!

Dougherty House Hospice, the in-patient facility for Avera Health’s hospice program based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is our first Program Provider, offering Swan Songs concerts to their patients.
